Job Description
Phoenix and Tucson, AZ USA - Banfield, The Pet Hospital seeks experienced doctors and new graduates to help our practice reach its highest potential. Enjoy a balanced work and personal life by only working 4 days a week with over 4 weeks paid time off per year in addition to an incredible compensation package! Banfield veterinarians enjoy a large annual CE allowance in addition to opportunities to participate in internal CE events, coverage of state license, DEA license and professional liability fees and much more. Specialized training and coaching available for experienced doctors looking for a change in career or interested in small animal medicine reentry. Banfield also welcomes new graduates to begin their career in our unique structured 14 week mentorship program. All Banfield doctors have access to a large pool of colleagues to consult with including board certified specialists. Requirements
Commitment to high quality Pet healthcare and willingness to uphold the Practice medical standards. Practice the highest quality medicine and surgery. Doctors see a diverse caseload including: preventative care, internal medicine, general medicine, and surgery. Perform procedures and treatment requiring a licensed DVM or equivalent. Use of PetWare® software for case-record documentation and client education purposes. Attend and participate in team meetings. Properly educate and communicate with clients. Communicate effectively with Team Members. Participate in improving the business performance of the Hospital. Maintain the highest quality service possible in our industry. .
