The AAHA accredited Emergency Pet Hospital of Redlands is looking for an experienced Practice Manager focused on client relations and helping animals to join our team. We are not only looking for someone with experience, we are looking for someone who will help uphold the standards of care and client relations that set us apart. As a leader of the hospital, it's extremely important that you have effective communication skills, be a natural problem solver and possess the ability to successfully multi-task while delivering unparalleled client service.
Practice Manager's Role:
A veterinary practice manager's role is very diverse, including but not limited to the following:
Lead a dynamic group of professionals into success.
Ensure proper staffing via placing advertisements, interviewing, hiring, overseeing training and disciplinary action when necessary.
Effectively resolve all employee issues/concerns.
Personally handle all client concerns/complaints.
Daily administrative tasks including A/P & A/R.
Prepare end of month reports and forward to the CFO.
Hold monthly staff meetings.
Enforce and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
Utilize your education and skill set to continuously provide customer service that goes above and beyond.
Prepare hospital goals, encourage and help the staff meet them.
Constant effective communication with technician manager, medical director, doctors and lay staff. (You will have a highly skilled technician manager working with you.)
