The Connecticut Humane Society's Fox Memorial Clinic, is looking for a full-time, clinic veterinarian. If so we are looking for a veterinarian who wants to work for mission driven clinic. Fox Memorial is an active, non-profit, spay/neuter clinic that also provides medical services to lower income clientele. This position would be responsible for practicing compassionate medicine as well as working cohesively with the other veterinarians to manage cases. This position will also be responsible for performing soft tissue surgeries including but not limited to tumor removal, exploratory cystotomy or cherry eye removal and or repair, and amputations.
This full-time position with benefits is ideal for someone with at least three years working in a clinic setting and has a demonstrated record as a surgeon. A current license to practice is required. This candidate must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a client oriented individual who can work well with the public and the other veterinarians.

Degree in veterinary medicine. Licensure as a CT Veterinarian required. Or ability to obtain before starting work. At least 3-5 years’ experience working in a clinic setting. Demonstrated record as a surgeon.
