Associate Veterinarian – Join Our Team!
Location: Pensacola, FL
Type: Full-time | Small Animal General Practice
Navy Blvd Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established, 3-doctor practice in beautiful Pensacola, Florida. We are looking to replace a valued team member who is relocating out of state and are excited to welcome a new veterinarian who shares our commitment to high-quality care and strong client relationships.
About Us:
Since the 1970s, Navy Blvd Animal Hospital has served our community as a locally owned, privately operated small animal practice. Under the leadership of Dr. Dustin Russell since 2018, we’ve continued to grow while maintaining a close-knit, supportive team culture. Our clinic is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, and more, allowing our veterinarians to practice progressive medicine in a collaborative environment.
Our Schedule:
4-day work week (Monday–Friday)
Rotating every 3rd Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
No on-call or after-hours emergencies

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or ability to become licensed) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills in small animal medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (every 3rd Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM)
