Advanced Animal Care opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital and remains the only hospital of its kind in the area. AAC has experienced strong growth with a team of new graduates and experienced veterans.
AAC is a modern, 5,000 sq. ft. facility, amply equipped with all new equipment from digital radiography to the latest telemedicine ultrasound. This one owner hospital has a small practice, non-corporate feel, yet with significant growth. The 24 hour schedule allows for a varied caseload from routine exams to overnight emergencies.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with working evenings but often alongside another doctor.

Salary potential between $85,000 - $105,000 + annually based on production. Some associates have exceeded $100,000 by second year.
Pro-Sal compensation has provided extremely competitive pay for the area. Productive DVM's at AAC are compensated above national averages of percentage of revenue.

About Advanced Animal Care
Advanced Animal Care is a new 24 hour, five doctor hospital with routine appointments during the day and emergency only services after hours. We have a fully equipped hospital with laser surgery, laser therapy, digital radiography, endoscopy, and the latest in house lab equipment.
Advanced Animal Care opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital and remains the only hospital of its kind between Louisville and Knoxville. In the last few years, AAC has experienced healthy growth in our Richmond location with a team of new graduates and experienced veterans. AAC is a modern, 5,000 sq. ft. facility with four exam rooms, but this one owner hospital has a small practice, non-corporate feel. We have also recently expanded regionally with a total of four clinics.
We offer hospitalization and emergency care that was formerly unavailable in Madison County and we are building a reputation for quality, emergency care in the region.
We highly value exceptional treatment of clients and positive, respectful staff relationships.
Associates are not micromanaged but are expected to be productive.
