Midtown Veterinary Hospital
June 8, 2018
Rochester, New York
Type & Experience Level:
Full Time - One to seven years
DVM or equivalent
Midtown Animal Hospital is a small animal practice in Rochester, NY. We’re seeking a dedicated, energetic full time and part time associate veterinarian to work with our highly-skilled, upbeat and team-oriented staff.
The right candidate maintains a high standard of veterinary medicine, emphasizes preventative care, builds strong relationships with clients and staff through excellent listening skills, compassion, and respectful communication.
Our tech to doctor ratio allows our doctors to focus on being a doctor and not a tech. We will be renovating the facility and will equip it with in-house lab, digital x-ray, surgical suite, pulse oximeter, and multiparameter surgical monitor. This year we will be investing in therapy laser and all the support our new doctors will need.
Our growing practice will be working on AAHA accreditation this year. There’s an opportunity for 3 or 4-day work week with some Saturdays required. Generous benefit package and salary options available, including medical/vision/dental insurance, PTO, uniforms, SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan, continuing education, licensing fees and dues.
Hours are 8-6 M-F and 8-1 on Saturday No emergency calls.
This job is an amazing opportunity for the right person.
