Upstate Veterinary Specialties (UVS) is looking for a skilled Office Manager to join its team. We are a thriving, privately owned, specialty referral and emergency veterinary practice located in the Latham, New York. We offer a congenial and cooperative work environment with board certified specialists in Cardiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Rehabilitation, and Surgery. We are a 24/7 hospital offering emergency walk-in care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Office Manager to join our team as a client service leader.  The Office Manager would provide oversight to the front office team to ensure high-quality customer service to each of our clients. Responsibilities include: training and coaching Client Relation Specialists; team building; being the liaison to the medical staff and management in order to provide an understanding to the front office team; developing protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the hospital; handling billing and financial discussions with clients and managing the front office staff schedule.
