Not associated with any conglomerate, corporate entity and working owner present. We like amenable, self-motivated, well-educated, team players and dedicated staff and veterinarians to provide the higher quality care that our patients deserve and our clients want, even with sometimes heavily booked appointments, walk-ins and emergencies. This is not a low-cost service but we do some reduced cost spays and neuters and a little bit of pro bono work on a limited case-by-case basis as a community service.
Doctors produce reasonable Montana incomes and we provide some benefits for long term associates and employees. A little emergency work can really boost the income even with already fair production-based salary. Typically four day work week with rotation on weekends with two or more other doctors so plenty time off from th...e practice to enjoy many recreational and restful times away from clinics. As with most of the practices in this area of Montana, rotational night and weekend and holiday emergency call will be required. Extra bonus for covering for senior doctor once in awhile if desired. Long term doctors are provided annual production-based bonus or long-term monthly supplemental salary.
Positions offered are for individuals wanting a somewhat more relaxed lifestyle with time to spend with family and friends or to pursue more outside interests or enhance clinical skills for those people with special interests in or out of the hospital.
