Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, 2 years of personnel management experience, quickbooks familiarity, experience with AAHA chart of accounts, an obsessive attention to detail and ability to organize and multitask.
We are a culture driven practice and ability to demonstrate and perform exceptional client service is imperative. Additional skills include ability to create metrics, KPI, monthly reports, manage all levels except veterinarians, create P&L, and perform Human Resources responsibilities.
