We are a high-quality, high-volume 501(c)(3) non-profit Spay/Neuter/Vaccine Clinic looking for a new team member. We are part of the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance and adhere to their nationally recognized standards of care. You’re backed by a Medical Director with six years of high-volume spay/neuter experience and a highly-trained and experienced surgical support staff.
Benefits include 3 weeks paid vacation, holiday pay, health insurance reimbursement, 401(k) and incentive bonuses. All professional fees/insurance paid. Sign on bonus & moving expense reimbursement.
4-day Work Week (Monday-Thursday) with 1 Saturday Wellness Clinic each month. Average of 24-29 hours/week. Typical Hours:
Spay/Neuter on Monday-Thursday
Veterinarians arrive at 8:00 a.m. and generally leave by 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Vaccine Clinic on selected Saturdays
Veterinarians arrive at 9:00 a.m. and generally leave by 2:00 p.m.
No previous experience in a spay/neuter clinic required. We are happy to train the right person and are open to both new graduates and/or veterinarians with previous experience.

Brief description of responsibilities:
Responsible for daily care of all surgical & wellness clinic patients, ensuring all clinic staff members are adhering to proper care of patients, including pre-, peri- and post-operative care. After training period, expected to perform between 30-35 sterilization surgeries per day. During designated surgical staff training sessions, responsible for training participants in all aspects of patient care and efficient/safe clinic practices while maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times. Ability to show leadership and work as part of a team is a MUST.
2 openings. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Salary negotiable and dependent upon experience.
