Bay Glen Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established practice!
Bay Glen Animal Hospital, located outside of Houston, TX in the beautiful Clear Lake community, is a busy 4 doctor practice that was established in 1990 to provide excellent, compassionate care. We offer full-service health care that includes wellness exams, preventative vaccinations, major medical critical care, examinations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, surgery (including spays and neuters), dentistry, radiology, and in-house diagnostic laboratory tests. We also perform routine testing for heartworms, intestinal parasites, disease screening and other microscopic exams.
We are a small animal practice with some small “pocket pets”, small psittacines and the occasional small, non-venomous reptiles (comfort with providing exams and basic medical care to exotics is a plus but not required). Previous experience in general practice and AVImark experience is a plus, but the position is open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians alike! There are occasional walk-in emergencies during clinic hours, but no after-hours emergency calls!
We offer tools to allow you to practice quality medicine including Ultrasound, Digital Radiography (full body and dental), therapeutic laser, in-house Lab and Pharmacy, and most importantly, a terrific team of experienced support staff.
