Case Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Experienced Full Time Practice Manager to join our leadership team. Experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position required and will be considered in lieu of CVPM certification. Salary commensurate with experience. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have a flexible schedule to serve the needs of the practice, in addition to a scheduled 4-day work week.
We are a modern, family- owned, full service veterinary hospital with 6 veterinarians and 30 full time team members. Case is an AAHA accredited practice since 1982 and a member of VMG. We are a permanent part of the landscape in Savannah, Georgia and are proud to be continuously operating for over 110 years under four generations of Case veterinarians. We offer a complete range of superior small animal veterinary services, including but not limited to: in-house abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, laparoscopic as well as traditional surgery, advanced dental care with digital radiology, rehabilitative services with laser therapy, and preventative care with a full in-house laboratory.

Analyze practice and financial reports.
Conduct fee analysis, and monitor and update fee schedules.
Understand and ensure compliance with Employment/Labor Law.
Understand and ensure compliance of Contract Law as it pertains to (a) associates and staff, and (b) clients.
Understand the ethical requirements of veterinary practice.
Understand and ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies.
Manage staff continuing education and licensure/certification.
Create, review, and update job descriptions/manuals.
Maintain confidential employee records.
Manage employee benefit programs.
Review and submit bi-weekly payroll.
Manage A/R and A/P.
Establish and enforce Client credit policies.
Oversee daily and monthly banking procedures.
Mediate internal disputes between team members.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Conduct staff meetings.
Manage personnel training and development programs (including safety training).
Recruit, interview and hire new employees.
