About Oxford Veterinary Hospital
Our team and practice in the words of one of our customers: “What surprised me about working with OVH is how they empower their employees to work with me, the pet owner, to get the best outcome. It’s not just the DVMs who are the experts, everyone is, from the vet techs to the nurses to the women at the front desk. Each step of the interaction is geared to maximizing the whole experience: initial contact, defining the problem, getting a detailed history, doing preliminary work, relaying information to the veterinarian, the exam itself, then the even more important part of educating the owner on how/what needs to be done after the visit. Making sure medications are understood and given properly. Doing follow-up phone calls. There are many moving parts to a good experience and OVH seems to have the formula figured out for that. I get personalized attention like I wish my own medical doctor would afford me.”
