The practice owner is seeking a manager who shares similar visions, goals and ideologies. The candidate's demonstration not just of previous successes, but also of how the person's core values contributed to these successes will be considered. We desire a leader who will serve as a visionary, coach and mentor for our passionate team. Continuing education and growth opportunities are not just provided, but required, as a culture of learning must be demonstrated by all leaders in this practice.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in management and has demonstrated success in managing a mid to large size business. Skills should include, but not be limited to, communication, organizational development, human resource management, recruiting, inventory, and common accounting practices. A Bachelor's degree in business or related management field is preferred. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have veterinary practice management experience as well as those who have achieved the CVPM designation.
