In the position of Full-Time Veterinarian you will use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy and confidence to manage a full time schedule and build a loyal client base.

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL:

• Busy 3 Doctor practice open 7 days a week
• Established in the community for over 40 years
• In-house laboratory capabilities include a CBC, Chemistries, Felv/FIV, Parvo, tests, and cytology. We use Antech laboratories for all other diagnostics. 
• Well-equipped GP facility with digital Radiography Radiographs are also reviewed by a board certified radiologist and digital dental x-ray .We will soon be offering Ultrasound services.
• Our facility features 4 exam rooms and a grieving room, 1 large surgical suite with warming devices and high tech monitoring equipment, , 1 digital radiography rooms, a central pharmacy ,designated laboratory area, Large treatment room and designated dental procedure area with monitoring /heating equipment.
• Available stock of Hills, Royal Canin, and Purina Veterinary Diets for both dogs and cats
• AAHA Accredited for over 25 years

ABOUT THE TEAM:

• GP Associate Veterinarians, two in which have been practicing for over 25 years.
• A Surgeon, who performs elective surgeries, Dentals and soft tissue surgeries.
• Highly experienced Technicians
• Veterinary Assistants who are currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program.
• Practice Manager has been with VCA Franklin Park for over 13 years.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate of a college or university with a degree in veterinary medicine
• Thorough understanding of veterinary medicine and preventive care
• Excellent communicator with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Experience preferred.
