Our Practice

Eastgate Pet Clinic is a professional veterinary practice which was established in 1986. We limit our practice to companion animals, primarily dogs and cats. Our philosophy is to work with our clients to keep their pets healthy; therefore, we emphasize regular preventative care so that many potentially serious problems may be avoided.

Our veterinarians and technicians are Fear Free certified to help make your pet's visit more relaxed. Our clinic is conveniently located in the Eastgate Center. We are a full service veterinary facility providing quality veterinary medicine and surgery to South East Boise. Among the services we provide are examinations, laboratory diagnostics, dentistry, general surgery, radiology, and immunizations. We also have a boarding area for cats. We do not provide grooming services, but are happy to recommend local groomers that our clients have recommended to us.

We are proud to serve the Boise ID area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by our doctors, who are licensed, experienced Boise veterinarians. Our veterinarians and technicians are Fear Free certified to help make your pet's visit more relaxed.

Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise. Eastgate Pet Clinic stays on top of the latest advances in veterinarian technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery.

The Position

We are looking for a small animal, general practice veterinarian to join our growing team! New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Job Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school
  • Idaho state veterinary license
  • DEA license

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Guaranteed base + % production --> Excellent benefit package --> Paid Vacation --> $1,000 Annual CE time/dollars -->5 year $5,000 CE Bonus -->Medical insurance with 75% of employer premium contribution! -->Ancillary benefit options including Vision, Dental, STD/LIFE insurance --> Veterinary Association dues --> State licensing fees --> 401k with an employer match
