The Urgent Care veterinarians at Peak will provide outpatient care within our emergency department to animals with conditions that are not life threatening, in collaboration with our emergency and specialty teams.
Treat patients with minor illnesses and injuries with the goal of patients being discharged in 90 min or less.
Example of conditions treated may be, but are not limited to: ear infections, UTIs, pyoderma, abrasions, lameness, conjunctivitis, simple lacerations.
Oversee hospitalization of patients after hours and on weekends to ensure continued high-quality supervision.
Ideal candidate will be interested in developing into a FT emergency veterinarian.
Mentorship available on site in addition to the learning resources available within the Ethos network and VetBloom.
Consistent schedule to allow for work/life balance
3 weeks’ time off annually.
