Happy, stable and proficient staff.  We have a high staff to doctor ratio that allows you to spend the time you need to educate clients while our very capable staff takes care of our patients.  Our staff is stable and not on a revolving door because we understand the value of an educated and well treated staff to our patients, clients, and to workplace morale.

Happy clients.  With a great staff, value-based fee schedule, and medicine based on trust, 98% of our clients are happy.  Our clinic has been around for over 60 years and yet we are still growing.  4 years ago, we doubled the size of our building to a 5-exam room clinic to accommodate our growth and our clients rewarded us with 20% growth. This year we are expanding to a 7-exam room clinic to prepare for you to join our team!

Practice 4 days a week and one Saturday rotation (open till noon) every 3 weeks.  Salary starts at 100K for new grad and goes up from there based on experience. BlueCross BlueShield health insurance with most paid by us, matching IRA, and the works for our benefit practice.

Must have or able to obtain a Texas Veterinary License.  The test is online and can be taken anywhere in the country.
