Our mission at Advanced Pet Care Clinic is to always be the patient’s advocate and to care for our client's pets as if they were our own.  We have a great team atmosphere where everyone works together for this common goal.  Every member of our team is empowered to be creative in their job and their input in the direction and function of the practice is always valued. 

We are a rapidly growing practice with dedicated clients and patients.  We see primarily dogs and cats with the occasional exotic pocket pet.  We have five supporting technical and administrative staff housed in a large state of the art facility which includes digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, surgical laser, therapy laser, digital thermal imaging, electronic records, complete in house laboratory by Abaxis and Idexx, gas anesthesia, full surgical suite, dentistry, and rehabilitation suite.  We are proud to offer complete dental, surgical, and medical treatment including veterinary chiropractic and laser treatments as well as canine rehabilitation.  We utilize our technicians to their fullest capacity working with clients, performing anesthesia, dentistry, and lab services including cytology, ear cytology, and urinalysis.  We see appointments Monday through Friday with Tuesdays being open until 8 pm. 

Our doctor, technicians, and staff mentor and apprentice new staff into our very successful practice philosophy and procedures leading to staff quickly performing a gratifyingly high quality of medicine and bonding to our clients.  We are looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.  Good communication skills and interest in being an integral part of a team will allow the selected applicant to excel in this position.  We practice high quality medicine in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and encourage each individual to pursue their passions in veterinary medicine.

Specific Job Requirements include the following: 

• Perform complete physical exams on all patients following clinic protocol including diagnostics, medical, surgical, and dental procedures.  
• Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on their pets health, diagnosis, recommended treatments, preventive and nutritional care
• Maintain complete medical and surgical records on all patients in an efficient and timely manner
• Be a lifelong learner and stay current on medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
• Assist in training technical and administrative staff to better their patient skills and client communication
• Maintain a positive image of the clinic and themselves in the professional community and the general public
