Full-time associate needed.   DeSoto Animal Clinic is a privately owned and operated, fully staffed, multi doctor, small animal practice in Bradenton, Florida. Our practice was founded over 40 years ago, and it is well established in the community.  We are located close to the beautiful Gulf beaches on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.  We see a wide variety of cases and have multiple specialists available for referral within a short drive. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys general practice and community involvement.  We have the latest in-house IDEXX diagnostic equipment, ultrasound, and digital radiography (with the ability to send out for specialist consult).  We maintain a fully equipped surgical suite with a surgical LASER, IV fluid pumps, and full vital signs monitors.  Dentistry has become a large part of our practice and we have a dedicated dental table, dental unit, and digital dental radiography.  A therapeutic LASER is also available.  As a multiple doctor practice, veterinarians have the ability to easily collaborate with each other.  We also employ seven certified veterinary technicians.  An emergency clinic, Bradenton Veterinary Emergency, operates out of our facility when DeSoto Animal Clinic is closed.  They are a separate business, and they allow patients to continue in-hospital care overnight and on the weekends without having to be transferred to another facility.  We are also currently in the permitting stage to start construction on a large addition to our clinic to create an updated and much improved veterinary facility.

Associate veterinarians are paid on production (25% of the profit gross produced for each doctor) or a production/salary option can be considered)
