The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is opening a 40,000 sq foot newly built equine and small animal hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), a high profile 300-acre equine facility in Ocala Florida. Located in sunny north central Florida, the city of Ocala offers parks, natural springs, and is just a short drive to Walt Disney World and many award-winning beaches. The Assistant Manager of the UF Veterinary Hospital at WEC will play an integral role in the opening of the hospital and is responsible for management of personnel, facilities & equipment as well as working in conjunction with the Practice Manager on budgets and general hospital operations.
