We believe in consistent long-term schedules that allow for doctors to plan their life.  

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee owned company with 24 hour Emergency, Urgent Care, Specialty and Primary Care services with 3 veterinary hospitals in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We are employee owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). That means that everyone has a stake in the outcome and we focus not only on excellent patient care and client service but also on continual improvement. This is a great retirement plan for all team members and we offer continual training in medicine and financial literacy. We practice open-book management which provides for complete transparency of the business. This isn't for everyone, but it creates a culture where everyone is rowing together toward the same goals - patient care, client service and teamwork.  We want all three (pets, clients and team members) to have the best experience at 1st Pet.
