Location Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital has been an integral part of the Fort Worth, Keller community since 2007. Known as “The City of Cowboys and Culture,” Fort Worth is home to the world’s only daily cattle drive. Practice Overview At Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital, our primary goal is to provide our patients the highest quality medical care in a compassionate and caring environment. Our state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, surgical and therapy lasers, surgical monitoring and anesthetic equipment. We understand that veterinary medical care evolves, which is why we believe in staying up to date with technology as well as challenging ourselves to learn new techniques too. Our team values the importance of quality medicine, which is why we live by the veterinary oath.
What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Texas
One year experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
Experience working in dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, and/or internal medicine cases preferred
Experience working orthopedic surgical cases is a PLUS!
Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of care and service
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
