2nd Street Animal Hospital is currently interviewing for full time / part time Associate Veterinarians. 2nd Street Animal Hospital is a AAHA Accredited, fear-free, ecofriendly rapidly growing state-of-the-art new small animal/exotic veterinary hospital located in the desirable Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.  Currently there are over 3000 new residential units under construction walking distance from the hospital. We opened in July 2018. Our veterinarians are encouraged to work up and treat the majority of medical and surgery cases presented. We provide routine and major soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, complete dental care, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, therapy laser, etc. We are currently in the process of evaluating CT units. We also have two in-house laboratory systems. With over 25 yrs exotic animal veterinary experience, we are the leading exotic veterinary practice in the region. Exotic pet interest is desired but not necessary for employment. We also are very active in the community and with many rescue groups. We are looking for an individual with superior client communication skills and the ability to work as a valuable TEAM player.
