- SET SCHEDULES - Always. How can you have any quality of work/life balance without knowing when you are going to work? We will never change your schedule without your permission. Our GP doctors work four 8 hour shifts per week and two 6 hour weekend shifts per month (average of 35 hours per week).
- MENTORSHIP - Our medical director meets individually with our new/recent grads regularly and there is always someone available to discuss cases with.
- GROW AND LEARN - How often are you able to follow up on cases that you send to the ER? At Rocky Gorge, because our ER is integrated with our general practice, you can always review cases. We firmly believe this helps our doctors continue to grow and learn. You can even log in from home to review cases.
- BONUSES - Sign on and retention bonuses available, along with competitive salaries. Our doctors do not work on production. We want our doctors to practice the best medicine and not worry how that will affect their paycheck.
