Come join our great team and practice a minute from the beach in the country’s best coastal small town as recently honored by USA Today.  This is an amazing opportunity in an amazing town.  100% Small Animal Practice on beautiful MS Gulf Coast is looking for a full-time associate.   Bayview Pet Medical and Dental Center is located in award winning Ocean Springs, MS and has plenty to offer the right candidate.  Our practice is a progressive practice that utilizes staff to their utmost potential and allows DVMs to practice high quality medicine with great clientele.  4.5-day work week with no emergency call.

Our practice has digital radiography including dental, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, tonometry, dental suite, surgical suite, and 3 exam rooms.  We provide a significant dental case load with advanced dental procedures being performed.  Our case load is varied and always exciting with opportunity to pursue and expand on individual interests. 

New graduates or experienced associates are encouraged to apply.  There will be mentorship for the new graduate with most days having 2 doctors on staff.  This is a position that will allow for tremendous career growth as we want success for all employees. 

Ocean Springs, MS is a town of approximately 25,000 people located between the Mississippi Sound and Biloxi Bay.  It has won many national awards for its food, art, shops, and beach town vibe.  While Ocean Springs does not have Casinos, within 5-20 minutes there are several that offer world class dining and entertainment.  Outdoor activities are endless with fishing, golfing, kayaking, sailing, boating, and an active fitness community.  Ocean Springs has A-rated schools and the community is very safe, friendly, and full of opportunity.  We are 30 minutes from GPT airport which has numerous daily flights and approximately 1.5 hours from New Orleans and beautiful Alabama/Florida beaches. 

Compensation packages are very flexible and for a more experienced practitioner can be production based with more vacation time.   Quarterly, yearly, and retention bonuses will be available.  A compensation package will include an allowance for Health Insurance, paid time off, Professional Liability Coverage, DEA license, MS license, VIN membership, IRA with year-end matching, and CE stipend of $2,000.  A signing/retention bonus of $10,000 is available for qualified candidate.   This will be paid based on contractual agreement.
