This position, the CCU supervisor, is critical to leading a team of highly skilled veterinary technicians working in a fast-paced, high-acuity area of the VTH. The scope of this position will include creating a culture of acceptance and collaboration, resulting in high-performance staffing with reduced turnover and high morale.
