The Position: We're open to considering both Full-Time and Part-Time Associate Veterinarians to join our dynamic DVM team. Enjoy a daily rotation through wellness, appointments, urgent care, and surgical services. If surgery isn't your jam, no worries, you don't have to participate!
Full disclosure, we are a very busy practice, dedicated to helping our patients when they need us the most. So, we do see urgent care and walk-in sick visits in addition to a busy appointment schedule.

With our spacious facility featuring 10 exam rooms, ultrasound, oversized surgical suite, 3 dental workstations, and more, you'll have all the tools and toys you need to provide top-notch care!

Fair and Transperant Pro-Salary Basis: Your hard work won't go unnoticed on those busy days and seeing that one extra case in the day! Premier VetCare pays DVMs on a transparent Pro-Salary basis, meaning motivated veterinarians are rewarded financially. Very few items are not included in DVM production. Current DVM staff earn between $120,000-$150,000 per year with a 4-day work week, placing them in the top 25% of income in Tennessee! Also includes up to $3000 a year for reimbursements of your selected benefits.
