Ocean State Equine Associates located in Rhode Island is an ambulatory practice with a growing hospital case load.  We are looking for equine veterinary externs for the upcoming year.   There are six full time veterinarians, an intern and a lameness/sports medicine fellow to work with during your externship.  OSEA has a board certified surgeon and equine internal medicine specialist.  OSEA serves a diverse population of patients, ranging from the competitive sport horse to the beloved pet.  We provide ambulatory service to all of Rhode Island, eastern Connecticut and the surrounding Massachusetts areas.  As one of the largest practices in southern New England, we provide ambulatory, outpatient and surgical services for approximately 5,000 cases per year.  Our mission at Ocean State Equi
