Hospital Description We are an independently-owned small animal (dog and cat exclusive) emergency hospital located in Avon, Connecticut.  We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 10AM-8PM.  Completely renovated in 2015, with ongoing improvements, our hospital features a large treatment area with built-in oxygen unit, separate surgical suite and up-to-date diagnostics, including digital radiography, ultrasound and complete in-house laboratory.  We currently have three internship-trained doctors with a combined experience in emergency medicine of more than 30 years.  We strive to foster an environment of continuous teaching and learning with the goal of providing high-quality, evidence
