The Freedom to Build Your Team Within a Supportive Community of Hospitals.
Have you always dreamt of building your own team of doctors? A team with a high standard of care? Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital, an AAHA accredited practice, is looking for a leader to do just that. We are seeking a Medical Director to join the practice and build a team of doctors around them. You will have the freedom to build an engaging culture, grow your team of doctors, and drive high medical standards. While you and the Hospital Manager will have the autonomy to make these types of decisions for the practice, you have the support of an established team and the NVA Community.
Passing the reigns and knowledge – The existing MDVM Dr. Cappel, who has been with the practice since 1991, is transitioning to an Associate with the goal of supporting the transition to new leadership.
Established Support Team – Warren Woods is proud to have a support team of 16 Vet Techs and CSRs.
Lean on Your Local Community – Warren Woods is one of 5 individual hospitals within the local NVA Community. You will have direct access to several hospitals for guidance and collaboration: Parkview Animal Hospital (Warren, MI), Rochester Vet Hospital (Rochester Hills, MI), North Main Animal Hospital (Royal Oak, MI) and Advanced PetCare of Oakland (Clarkston, MI).
