FT SA DVM for VERY busy 8-DVM practice in San Diego.  Fully integrated with Idexx, we have a large in-house lab, top-of-the-line digital rads, plus in-house ultrasound.  We work with 2 boarded surgeons who come in for procedures when needed.  5 RVTs and 28 staff allow for plenty of support.  We are the largest non-specialty hospital in the county and other than pre-scheduled anesthetic procedures, we work on a walk-in bases.  Sounds odd, but there are many excellent benefits of this system, mostly the ability to see patients at YOUR pace.  Since we use a pro-sal system, it also equates  making upward of $250,000/yr on a 3-day work-week.   Want to bring your dogs to work?  No problem.  Your kids?  Also no problem.   Extra time off?  We help each other out because we have worked together
