At Fischer Animal Hospital, located in St. Charles County, Missouri, we are striving to create a fun place to work while also pushing our staff to have great work/life balance.  You will never be scheduled or expected to work more than 40-45 hours a week.  Our DVMs work 4 week days and we rotate Saturdays.  Our starting base salary for associates is $100,000, and we offer a production-based system that ranges from 20-23% of production.  We also offer PTO, extra paid leave for CE, a yearly CE budget of $1000, an IRA with a match, group healthcare plan with 50% of premiums paid by the clinic.  Other benefits negotiable, including DEA license, vet association dues, etc.  The majority of our technicians are registered, and our entire team works well as a cohesive unit.
