Benefits

This is a full-time position at 32-40 hours per week; or 4-week days. This position is considered exempt under the federal and state wage and hour laws, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay beyond your salary.

Compensation:
This position offers a guaranteed annual base salary of $140,000-$180,000, which is paid on a bi-weekly basis.
In addition, a quarterly production bonus of 20% is paid after meeting the baseline quarterly revenue goals.

Additional Benefits:
-Unlimited Paid Time-Off (assuming quarterly production goals are met)
Included in PTO: sick and vacation days
-Company Holidays: New Years eve & day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving 1/2 Wed-Fri.Christmas- 1/2 day before eve-25th.
-Continuing Education Support/Allowance: negotiable, but typically 100% assisted, as long as reasonable.
-Health Insurance: Compensate 1?3 of your insurance premium as a stipend monthly added to
salary.
-Simple IRA plan – 3% matching.

-Licensures/Memberships:
AVMA License, Tennessee State License, DEA, VIN/PLUMBS, USDA, Local HCVMA dues, PLI.
