Tame & Wild Recruitment is a specialist veterinary recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience helping veterinary professionals find roles that are genuinely right for them, not just the next available position.
We work across the US and internationally, placing candidates in clinical practice and Animal Health roles at all levels, from new graduates through to Medical Director and Owner positions. Tame & Wild was founded by two directors with over 20 years of experience in veterinary recruitment, long enough to know what practices really need, and what candidates actually want from their careers.
We are deliberately small. That's not a limitation, it's a choice. Every candidate who registers with us works directly with a dedicated consultant, not a call center or a rotating team. You get continuity, honest advice, and someone who takes the time to understand your situation properly.
While our primary focus is the US market, we place veterinary professionals across the UK and internationally, including markets like Singapore, so whether you're looking to stay close to home or explore something further afield, we're well placed to help.
