Description
Associate Veterinarian – CEP Equine Sports Medicine
Are you looking for more than a traditional veterinary position? At Complete Equine Performance (CEP), we are building far more than a veterinary practice—we are building a comprehensive equine company dedicated to advancing every aspect of horse health and performance. We are searching for an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about equine sports medicine and excited to grow alongside an innovative and rapidly expanding team.
As a veterinarian with CEP Equine Sports Medicine, you'll practice within a progressive equine sports medicine clinic focused on performance horses, lameness diagnostics, rehabilitation, preventative medicine, general equine medicine, and advanced patient care. At the same time, you'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside every division of Complete Equine Performance, gaining experience that extends well beyond a traditional clinical setting.
CEP brings together multiple specialized divisions under one organization, including CEP Equine Sports Medicine, breeding and reproductive services, broodmare management, foaling, rehabilitation and conditioning, performance horse management, nutritional consulting, and a nationally recognized line of equine health products. Our collaborative approach allows our veterinarians to participate in nearly every aspect of the horse industry while working with horses at every stage of life—from newborn foals taking their first steps to elite equine athletes competing at the highest level.
This unique environment provides opportunities that few veterinary careers can offer. Whether you're interested in sports medicine, reproduction, rehabilitation, diagnostics, nutrition, education, or helping shape the future of equine healthcare, you'll have the resources, mentorship, and support to continue developing your skills while making a meaningful impact.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, compassionate, and driven to build a career—not simply fill a position. At CEP, where you begin may only be the starting point of what you're truly capable of accomplishing. We believe in investing in our people, encouraging innovation, and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.
We aren't looking for average. We're looking for individuals who embrace challenges, think creatively, and want to help build something exceptional. In return, we offer a top-tier compensation and benefits package, opportunities for continued professional development, and the chance to become part of a company that is redefining comprehensive equine care.
If you're ready to join a team that believes the future of equine medicine is still being written, we'd love to hear from you.
