Baytown Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.

Established in 1960, Baytown Animal Hospital has been serving the Baytown community for more than six decades. We are entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our brand-new, 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, designed to support exceptional medicine, outstanding client service, and an excellent work environment.

What You’ll Do

Wellness and preventive medicine

Medical workups and diagnostics

Soft tissue surgery (based on experience and interest)

Daytime urgent care

Dentistry

Client communication and education

Collaboration with an experienced veterinary team

What We Offer

Base salary of $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience

Uncapped production compensation

Established client base with immediate earning potential

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine

Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff
