Brand - new Vetco Total Care general practice hospitals are coming to Noblesville and Speedway, Indiana, and we're looking for Hospital Medical Leaders (or experienced Associate Veterinarians) to help build something truly special from day one.

Meet Dr. Helena Carroll, Area Medical Director 
 
Dr. Helena Carroll brings more than 20 years of veterinary experience and leadership to her role supporting Vetco Total Care hospitals across Indiana. She is passionate about developing veterinary teams, empowering doctors, and creating hospital cultures where people and pets thrive. 
 
Before joining Vetco Total Care, Dr. Carroll built a diverse career as an Equine Veterinarian, with experience spanning equine medicine and reproduction, racetrack regulations, preventive care, and small animal medicine. 
 
Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, Dr. Carroll loves helping veterinary teams grow, succeed, and provide exceptional care.
