What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animal patients (and equine, if interested)
• Lead and mentor the team while fostering a collaborative culture
• Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community
• Help create and implement medical protocols and best practices that support high-quality care

Ideal Candidate: 

• DVM or equivalent with the ability to become licensed in Michigan
• Experienced veterinarian with an interest in providing mentorship mentorship
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for high-quality medicine and team development
• Equine experience is a plus but not required
