We’re opening a brand-new small animal hospital in Carolina Shores, NC and we are looking for a veterinarian who will lead it as an equity partner and owner.

This is an opportunity to help create something from the ground up. You get to shape the medicine, culture, team, client experience, and long-term vision of the hospital from day one. You will have real ownership, autonomy, and meaningful input into how the practice grows. 
The hospital will be completely new, with modern equipment, a thoughtfully designed space, and the freedom to create something that genuinely reflects your values and approach to medicine.

Our goal is to provide the support behind the scenes so you can focus on building a great practice and leading your team well. We’re looking for a small animal GP with at least three years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.  Whether you are currently a medical director, or just enjoying leading your team on a day to day basis, if you’re ready to have ownership, autonomy, and a voice in what comes next, we would love to talk to you.
