- Seeking veterinarians who are ready to raise the bar- for medicine, leadership, and culture
Description
Main character energy? This one's for you.
We're looking for veterinarians who are ready to raise the bar—for medicine, leadership, and culture in our Vetco Total Care hospitals in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We're talking quality medicine. Modern equipment. A team you'll actually enjoy working with. A hospital people can't wait to be part of.
Because let's be honest...
You didn't spend years becoming a veterinarian so you could spend your day buried in paperwork, payroll, scheduling, and administrative headaches.
We'll handle all of that.
You focus on the things that actually light you up: practicing great medicine, mentoring your team, tackling interesting cases, and building a hospital that clients rave about and other veterinarians wish they worked in.
The vibe? Modern medicine. Zero corporate energy.
You'll have the autonomy to practice medicine your way—with support from experienced Veterinary Area Medical Directors who are there to support, not stifle you.
You'll help create a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and have fun doing it (yes, it's possible).
And you'll have the opportunity be part of a hospital that's known for exceptional medicine, exceptional people, and maybe even a few viral patient stories along the way. (The adorable puppy content practically creates itself.)
Why vets choose Vetco Total Care—and stay.
Practice autonomous medicine with support from local Veterinary Area Medical Directors—no cookie - cutter protocols.
Full - time schedules start at just 30 hours per week, because life exists outside the hospital.
Leadership development, paid continuing education, and career advancement opportunities.
No non - compete agreements.
No negative accruals.
No on - call or overnight shifts.
We close for lunch—and by 6:00 p.m. every night.
The team matters. A lot.
Great medicine doesn't happen alone.
We're intentionally hiring people who are collaborative, curious, kind, and committed to helping each other succeed.
That means:
Strong doctor - to - support - staff ratios.
Credentialed veterinary technicians and skilled support staff.
Ongoing technician training and continuing education.
A team - based approach where everyone is encouraged to grow their skills.
Bonus opportunities that reward the entire hospital team.
Translation? Less chaos. More collaboration. More fun. More good days.

Requirements
Who we're looking for.
You're an outstanding veterinarian—but just as importantly, you're the kind of doctor people want to work with.
You lead with empathy. You enjoy coaching and mentoring others. You believe psychological safety, mutual respect, and open communication create stronger teams and better patient care. You know that a positive culture doesn't happen by accident—it happens because doctors like you model it every day.
Sounds like you? Let’s talk!
