At All Pets Animal Hospital in Katy, TX, our urgent care service combines the resources of a large, well-equipped hospital with the camaraderie of a small, highly experienced team. Supported by seasoned ER-trained technicians who thrive in the fast pace of same-day medicine, you'll have the tools, staffing, and clinical support to focus on what you do best—practicing high-quality medicine.
We're looking for an experienced Urgent Care Veterinarian who enjoys diagnostic problem-solving, values clinical autonomy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Practice Highlights

What your days will look like:
- Managing same-day urgent care appointments for a variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions and injuries
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating cases such as gastrointestinal illness, lameness, dermatologic concerns, wounds, ear and eye conditions, toxin exposures, and other urgent presentations
- Performing urgent diagnostic workups and developing treatment plans that support excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborating closely with our general practice team to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Partnering with seasoned ER-trained technicians who excel at triage, diagnostics, treatment execution, and patient care
- Practicing a balanced mix of urgent medicine, procedures, diagnostics, and client communication
- Delivering Fear Free and Cat Friendly care while helping clients navigate unexpected medical concerns

Compensation and Transparency
- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 DOE
- 23% production structure

Who We’re Looking For
- DVM licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas2+ years of clinical experience required (this role is not open to new graduates)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys diagnostic problem-solving
- Comfortable managing urgent medical cases
- Strong communicator who can confidently guide clients through unexpected medical concerns while delivering compassionate, Fear Free care
- Interest in advanced or nontraditional cases is welcome, but not required
