Main Street Animal Clinic is a well-established small animal veterinary hospital in Oakland, Tennessee, seeking a Medical Director to help lead our team into its next phase of growth. We have a strong foundation in place-an experienced team, loyal client base, advanced medical capabilities, and a collaborative culture. Now we're looking for a veterinarian who is excited about combining clinical leadership, mentorship, and high-quality patient care.

- A 4-doctor team supported by highly skilled veterinary technicians and support staff (2:1 support ratio)

About the Role
As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to:

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
