- Veterinarian (Non-Corporate Practice)
Description
Veterinarian (DVM) - Privately Owned Practice - No Corporate Metrics (Open Mon-Fri Only)
Tired of rigid corporate protocols? At City Limits Vet Clinic, we are proudly privately-owned and vet-led. We believe in practicing high-quality medicine tailored to the patient, not a corporate spreadsheet. Here, you have a voice, a collaborative team, and a life outside of the clinic.
Why Choose City Limits Vet Clinic?
- True Work-Life Balance: Our clinic is completely closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Enjoy your weekends! Full-time employment is a true four day work week.
- No On-Call: When the clinic is closed, your time is your own.
- No Negative Accrual: We offer competitive base pay plus production, without the stress of negative accrual carrying over.
- Top-Tier Facilities: We feature a dedicated sterile surgery suite alongside a specialized dental surgery suite. We have four exam rooms with one exam room dedicated to strictly feline patients along with a spacious treatment area. While in a separate room for comfort, all of our cage banks are visible from our treatment area so we can consistently have eyes on our post-operative and in-hospital patients.
- Comprehensive Diagnostics: Practice with confidence using our digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, and a complete in-house IDEXX laboratory.
- 30 Minute Appointment Blocks and 2 Hour mid-day break: All of our appointments are scheduled in 30 minute time slots to give our doctors plenty of time to be able to perform thorough exams on our patients, converse with clients, set up a treatment plan, and write records. We also block out 2 hours of the schedule during the middle of the day to ensure there is time for both call backs and lunch. All caught up on work? Great! Feel free to leave the clinic for those 2 hours to run errands, work out, go home and take a nap, etc.!
Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a compassionate DVM who is comfortable treating both dogs and cats. The ideal candidate is a team player who treats fellow veterinarians, support staff, and clients with kindness and respect. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a recent graduate seeking dedicated mentorship, we want to hear from you.
