Associate Veterinarian | Exotics + Surgery | Essex Junction, VT

Skilled Certified Veterinary Technicians who help maximize efficiency and patient care
We maintain a loyal and highly engaged client base that values thorough communication and quality medicine.
In addition to dogs and cats, we also see a wide variety of species including:
- Small mammals
- Pet birds
- Reptiles
- Poultry
- Wildlife
Previous exotic animal experience is not required. We are happy to mentor veterinarians who are interested in learning to work with these species. An interest in practicing beyond traditional dog and cat medicine is strongly encouraged.
We are seeking a veterinarian who:
- DVM licensed (or eligible) in Vermont
- Enjoys building relationships with clients and coworkers
- Communicates clearly and compassionately
- Values teamwork and collaboration
- Has an interest in surgery (surgical experience is a plus)
- Has an interest in a variety of species
- Wants to continue learning and growing professionally
- Is excited about practicing diverse and interesting medicine
Experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome recent graduates who are serious about developing their skills in a supportive mentoring environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Guaranteed base salary plus production
- Modified ProSal structure in subsequent years
- Expected first-year full-time earnings: $150,000+

Requirements
