Description
Champlain Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned small animal practice in beautiful St. Albans, Vermont.
We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, and a sustainable work-life balance.
Our newly built facility (2022) is equipped with modern in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography, and a fully equipped surgical suite. We foster a collaborative environment where medicine is practiced thoughtfully, with strong team support and shared decision-making.

- ProSal compensation: $120,000–$160,000 base plus 18–22% production
- $25,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Eligible for (or currently holds) a veterinary license in the state of Vermont
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to building lasting client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary medicine
- Willingness to learn and grow — new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest in surgery and dentistry is a plus, but not required
