Marina Pet Hospital, an independently owned small animal community practice serving the Monterey
Bay area since 1968, is seeking a motivated and compassionate veterinarian to join our team.
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling — full or part time considered
Consistent, family-friendly hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
No after-hours, no on-call, no emergency shifts
Salary range $120,000–$166,000 commensurate with experience

About Our Practice
Our two-doctor small animal practice offers 30-minute appointments, allowing time for thorough,
unhurried care. We are located on California’s central coast, minutes from Monterey and Carmel.

3 exam rooms and a dedicated surgery suite
Digital radiography
Imagyst in-house cytology (AI-assisted)
Full in-house laboratory
Cloud-based practice software (Pulse)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution
California veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for client education
Experience or interest in small animal medicine (dogs and cats)
Interest in surgery and dental care a plus
A collaborative spirit that fits our team-oriented culture
