We are looking to open a state of the art Pet Urgent Care at the following location. (see below)

This opening will represent the 5th Pet Urgent Care opened by me, Lawrence Rebbecchi VMD in the last 5 years. We have a proven model that allows 2 veterinarians to become "principals" in the operation. These principals will obtain 12.5% ownership at the inception with NO CAPITAL INVESTMENT.
HIGHTLIGHTS:
We are family operated and not corporate.
We are open 8am to 8pm 7 days and closed on all major holidays.
Veterinarians will work average 42 hours per week, possibly 3 days week one and 4 days week two. We allow the two principals to make their own schedule
We provide support staff and operations.
We have transparency on all record keeping which allows the vets to look at our financial records at any time.
We have no "fluff expenses" ie car payments/gasoline/travel/bonuses to owners etc. We strive for transparency.
We have a proven model with Pets FURST Urgent Care in Langhorne, PA opened 3/24 and Pet Urgent Cares in Exton, PA opened 4/26.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary is $200,000
2 weeks vacation

License fees
10% bonus for any daily income over $6,000
12.5% of the month end profit paid as a "Draw to officer"
NOTE: PETS FURST Principal vets are averaging $4,000 per MONTH bonus and $18,000 per MONTH profit share. We strive for our principals top make $300k - $400k per year
Our time frame is 6 months
Our vets are at Pets Furst and Pet Urgent Cares are open to interviews at any time if perspective vets are interested
