Associate Veterinarian – Town & Country Animal Hospital (Naples, FL)
Full-Time | $120,000–$180,000 + Production | No After-Hours Emergencies

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for canine and feline patients
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized care
Utilize in-house diagnostics and modern technology
Collaborate with a skilled veterinary team
Facilities & Services
Full in-house, state-of-the-art diagnostics
Digital radiology and laser technology
Dedicated surgery suite
Strong focus on preventative care and dentistry
At-home end-of-life care (during clinic hours)
Optional reproductive services with a boarded theriogenologist
Schedule
4-day work week
2 Saturdays mornings per month
No after-hours emergency calls
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 (based on experience) + production incentives
